He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, E. Veryl Maxwell and Myrth Maxwell (Gifford); his children, Todd, Brad, Tami, RVing, Yellowstone, Black Hills of Bottineau, ND, Nashville and Lucas; his wife Illene; his child Jollene; his brother Lyle (Gloreen) of Horse, ND; his great-nephew Adam; his niece Jenny; his mother-in-law Margaret Slykhuis; his brother Burton; his nephew Bruce Maxwell; and his fathers-in-law, Lloyd Slykhuis, Walt, Jan Rodlund and Kerr McGee. He was also cherished by spouses, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials will be shared with both Church and Ridgeview Hospice of Waconia for the wonderful care given to Forrest.
