It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Moriarty of Belle Plaine, Minnesota, born in Leeds, North Dakota, who passed away on February 16, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Olaf Jensen and Louise Jensen; her husband John "Jack" Moriarty; her children, Mary (Denny) of Belle Plaine, Tim (Marilyn) of Victoria and John (Lynne) of Minneapolis; her grandchildren, Shannon, Katie, Pat, Kevin, Molly, Sara, Erin, Megan and Kelly; and her great grandchildren, JP, Kellen, Ryan, Ella, Aiden, Max, Claire, Nolan, Bryce, Jack and Charlie. She was also cherished by her children and their spouses, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Belle Plaine Food Shelf or Allina Hospice Foundation.
