It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Carter (Belle Plaine, Minnesota), born in Caledonia, Minnesota, who passed away on December 18, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Schroeder and Clara Schroeder (Kruse); her siblings, Marie Myren (Rod), Hilda Owen, Leo Schroeder (Janet), Alvin Schroeder (Donna) and Delbert Schroeder (Mary); her sister-in-law Ardene Reynolds (Paul); and her grandson Nathaniel Carter.
She is survived by: her husband Rev. Robert Carter; and her children, Rev. William Carter (Claudine) of Brownsville, Wisconsin, Roger Carter (Kelly) of Santa Clara, California, Elisabeth Manske (Gary) of Appleton, Wisconsin, Susan Zabel (David) of Lake City, Minnesota, Joan Arndt (William) of Rosemount, Minnesota, Sharon Renner (Mark) of Rochester, Minnesota, Sandra Flunker (Thomas) of Mankato, Minnesota, Paula Krueger (Chad) of Appleton, Wisconsin and Douglas Carter of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is also survived by 34 grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
