It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Reuben Shalander of Bayport, Minnesota, who passed away on November 13, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife June; his daughter Yvonne; his parents, Hjalmer Shalander and Myrtle Shalander; and his siblings, Dorothy Anderson Parker and Charles Shalander.

He is survived by: his children, Wayne Shalander (Debra), Roxanne Couch (Dick), Karen Svendsen (Greg), Sherry Meister (Rick) and Christine Shelley (Duane); and his sister-in-law Arbutus Shalander. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
