He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Turnbell and Gloria Turnbell; his children, Josh, Michelle Hart of Battle Lake, Minnesota and Joshua Rankins of Navarre, Florida; and his wife Marcie Rankins. He was also cherished by five grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren.
