He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Haugen and Emma Haugen (Nelson); and his siblings, Ella, Jalmer and Elmer.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby (Johnson) of Badger; his children, Minda Sadlowski (Elliott) of Moorhead and Brent Haugen (Paula) of Badger; and his grandchildren, Erik, Trevor, Ryan and Tyler.
