He was predeceased by: his parents, Ewald Gustav Schulz and Wilma Anna Meyer Schulz; his parents-in-law, Marion and Selma Shuster; and his brothers-in-law, Marion Shuster Jr. and Robert Shuster.
He is survived by: his wife Selene Schulz of Austin, Minnesota; his daughters, Teri Wermager (Scott Wermager) of Austin and Cara Schulz (Tracy Morton) of Burnsville, Minnesota.; his grandchildren, Nicole Sorenson of Austin, Emily Braaten (Bobby) of Glenville, Sarah Wermager-Hernandez (Cory) of Austin and Justin Lindquist (Mallory) of Broomfield, Colorado.; his great grandchildren, Connor, Emma Baldus, Ila Hernandez, Ava, Brynn, Claire Sorenson of Austin and Harper Braaten of Glenville; his siblings, Betty Ter Maat (Duane) of Lincoln, Nebraska and Lloyd Schulz (Sharon) of Fremont, Nebraska; and his siblings-in-law, Tom, Sheryl Shuster, Dick, Rona Shuster, Ken, Micky Shuster of Fremont and Brenda Krupka (Tim) of Schuyler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Whether counting donations, participating in mission trips, or organizing cereal drives for the Salvation Army, Lonny's selflessness touched the lives of many.
