She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bailey and Dorothy Bailey (Skamfor); her husband Wayne; her son Randy; and her siblings, Inez, Elaine, Jim and Don.
She is survived by: her children, Jody Bates (Cathy) of Austin, MN, Karen Montag of Forest City, IA and Jeff Bates of Kanawha, IA; her daughter-in-law Bonnie Bates of Forest City, IA; and her sister LaDonna "Babe" Klapperick of Austin, MN.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
