She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Judd and Patricia Judd; her stepmother Helen Judd; her brothers-in-law, Dennis and Larry Kelly; and her parents-in-law, John and Barbara Kelly.
She is survived by: her husband Doug; her children, Kyle Kelly (Heidi) and Amy Bissen (Ray); her grandchildren, Oliver, Alice, Zach, Averi, Isaac and Lauren; her siblings, Tom Judd (Pat), Randy Judd (Teresa), Linda Weiss (Adam), Roger Bierlen (Denise), Ralph Bierlen (Margarita) and Dan Judd (Janine); and her sister-in-law Ramona Kelly. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota or the Turner Syndrome Society of the United States.
