He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Larson and Mary Aileen Larson (Smith); his wife Audrey Van; his granddaughter Ashton Ann; his brother Richard; his siblings-in-law, Frances, Joan Moe (Darrell) and Jim; and his niece Carrie Moe.
He is survived by: his children, Joyce Larson (Robert) of Roseau, MN and Bryan Larson (Aimee) of Hayfield, MN; his grandchildren, Nathan (Anne), Kirk, Phillip (Rebecca), Daniel and Emily; and his great grandchildren, Garrett, Kalan, Sierra, Wyatt, Savannah, Carson, Sage, Dafnie, Brielle, Charlee, Milo and Piper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials be made to St. Olaf Lutheran Church or the Hormel Historic Home.
