He was predeceased by: his former wives, Sally and Judy; his sister Marjorie; and his son Steven. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his brother Calvin (Gayle); his sons, Thomas (Kate), Mick (Jeamie) and Jack (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Erik, Kristofer and Maggie; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Jacob and Ella. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
