It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edwin H Engelking of Apple Valley, Minnesota, who passed away on April 6, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Karen Ramona; his daughter Donna Joy; his parents, Edwin and Marion; his brother Robert; his children, Jill Short (Tim), Kimberly Jerome and Matthew Engelking (Brenda); his grandchildren, Alyssa Kleiner (Kevin), Emily McGuire (Ian), Katherine Jerome and Austin Short (Mara); his great grandchildren, Molly, Tommy Kleiner, Jude, Asher and Ike McGuire; and his sister Marilyn Swanson (Phillip). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
