We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2020, at the age of 84, James Leroy Hartwell (Anoka, Minnesota), born in Tamarack, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Elizabeth (Gary), Laura and Michael (Trisha); his sister Kay Hanson; and his pets, Daisy and Abby. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to your favorite animal rescue.
