She is survived by: her children, Ted, Todd (Tammi) and Michelle Webinger (Chris); her grandson Tom Westphal (Lindsay Troska); her great grandchild Mya Westphal; and her siblings, Bob Rusten (Monique) and Judy Jensen.

“Marlene, You were one of my best friends. The many hour long phone chats, the in person chats and so much laughter. I will always remember when someone said “ women, after a certain age, can’t control their weight.” You looked at me and said “That is bs.
