She was predeceased by: her parents, George Terhark and Freda Terhark (Dickey); and her son Dennis (D. J.). She is survived by: her husband Dennis "Buck" Moen; her daughter Robin Samuel (Joe); her grandchildren, Kevin Moen, Cassie Anderson (Michael), Ella and Sophie Samuel; and her great grandchild Keelin Anderson. She is also survived by three sisters and two brothers.
