With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Vander Schuur (Zeeland, Michigan), who passed away on March 21, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hirdes and Marian Hirdes; and her in-laws, Dan and Ann Vander Schuur. She is survived by: her husband Larry Vander Schuur; her children, Kurt Vander Schuur, Sheri, Dave Hamming and Dan Vander Schuur; her grandchildren, Sam Tornga (Eric), Liz Oja (Martin), Aaron Hamming, Anna Petroelje (Nolan), Nick Vander Schuur and Ben Vander Schuur (Jenna); her great grandchildren, Ellie, Marlie Tornga and Millie Petroelje; her sisters, Marilyn Vereeke (Dave) and Betty Rynsburger (Bill); and her brother-in-law Darle Vander Schuur (Shirley). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
