He was predeceased by: his father William R. Manley. He is survived by: his mother Karen F. Manley (Smith); his children, William Manley (Megan), Nicholas Manley and Racheal Manley (Justin Arnold); his siblings, Bradley Manley (Tammy) and Melissa Romanini (Rick); and his grandchildren, Avery Moore-Manley, Dakota Manley, Zoey Furgson and Ashlyn Arnold. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
