He is survived by: his wife Susan Blackburn (Masters); his children, Luther Blackburn (Wendy), Michael Blackburn (Cindy) and Teresa Cole (Walter); his grandchildren, Josie (Clyde), Austin, Bradley, Michael, Chelsea, Gracie, Lauren, Peyton and Megan; and his great grandchildren, Wesley and Wyatt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
