With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vicky Lynn Rhodes of Ypsilanti, Michigan, born in Welch, West Virginia, who passed away on January 21, 2024 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Plummer and Ethel Plummer (McCoy); and her grandson Ethan Points. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Rhodes; her children, Lisa Stanley (Scott), Tammy Scott (Josh Points), Timmy Ray Scott and Shawn Lee Plummer; and her brothers, Donald Plummer, Charles Plummer, Johnny Plummer and Rick Plummer. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
