He was predeceased by: his mother Marion Melfi (Ridgeway). He is survived by: his father Robert Melfi; his children, Terri Ann, Thomas, Stephen (Michelle) and Michael (Cassandra); and his grandchildren, Sierra, DeAngelo, Misha, Dominic, Hunter, Taylor and Russell. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
