Bowen of Ypsilanti, Michigan, born in Grand Junction, Colorado, who passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Godfrey and Grace Godfrey (Stahl); her husband Lloyd Bowen; her daughter Sharon Sweeney; and her granddaughter Crystal Raymond.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Shaw (Gary) of Milan, Denise Hawkins (Fran) of Ypsilanti and Michael (Dieu Huong) of Houston, TX; and her grandchildren, Dale Raymond, Melissa Green, Donald Lyons, Dennis Hill, Daryle Hill, Derek Hill, Jamie Kasmier, Stacy Handsor, Katie Hawkins, Lee Hawkins, Amanda Hawkins, Daniel Bowen and Brandon Bowen. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
