She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Forbes and Ella Forbes; her nephew Brian Markle; her spouse Michael Fisk; her children, Mark Hendershot (Krystal) and Terri Bahr (Ronald); her stepchildren, Sharla Hamann (Kyle) and Katie Krzemien (Wally); her grandchildren, Julia, Alexis, Ella Hendershot, Lily Bahr, Olivia, Lucy Hamann and Sophie Krzemien; and her siblings, John (Dale), Darlene Fraser (Tom), Martin Forbes (Debbie) and Charlotte Forbes (Tim). She was also cherished by many nephews and nieces.
