He was predeceased by: his parent Raulin Dean, Sr.; and his brother Harvey A. Rumley. He is survived by: his parent Ossie Helen Rumley (Heath); his children, Jeremy Rumley of Texas, Marissa Salazar of Texas, Stephanie Rozumny (Zakk) of Peck, Stephen Rumley (Kelly Wheeler) of Auburn Hills and Sabrina Rumley of New Haven; his grandchild Cassandra Mousseau; his great grandchild Carter; and his siblings, Denny Rumley of Yale and Sherri L. Vore of Lexington.
