She is survived by: her husband Thomas Mark Simmons; her children, Richard Simmons (Theresa), Ann Osko (Jeffery), Theresa Bradley, Michael Simmons (Michelle) and Michelle Becigneul (Paul); her grandchildren, Kathleen Grantom (Timothy), Eric Simmons, Andra Augustson (Matthew), Trevor Osko, Nicholas Bradley, Jared Bradley, Lindsay Bradley and Matthew Simmons; her great grandchildren, Sandra Rose Grantom, Alexis Simmons, Alena Simmons and Gannon Augustson; her sisters, Clarice Saunders (Paul), Judy Alexander, Marilyn Vozza (Onorio), Gayle Potter and Gina Smith (Syd); and her brother-in-law Ronald Kristick. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
