He is survived by: his wife Anne Hicks; his children, Jessica Stewart (Korey) of Port Huron, David Regan (Tina) of Davison and Nicole Regan Fort (Matt); his grandchildren, Russell and Shane Stewart of Port Huron; and his siblings, Robert Regan (Jackie) of Romeo, Tony Regan (Theresa) of Marysville and Cindy (Virginia) of Marysville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
