She was predeceased by: her parents, Elisabeth Johnston and Oscar Ristad; and her stepfather Francis Johnston. She is survived by: her sons, John Kirkpatrick (Jeanne) and Jeffrey Kirkpatrick (Linda); her granddaughters, Marissa Hoepner (William) and Nicole Munchel; her stepchildren, Randall McNutt (Lori), Terri (Terry), Elwood and Steven McNutt; and her stepgrandchildren, Amanda, Jared, Elizabeth and Michael.
Sue was a resident of Rose Senior Living in Novi prior to her passing and was a "classy lady" and a friend to all who knew her.Cremation has taken place.Memorials are suggested to the Michigan Humane Society or the charity of your choosing.A celebration of Sue's life will be held at a later date.
