He is survived by: his daughter Ruby Childers; his stepchildren, Karen Gee (Gary), Donna Setterington (Ron Welsch), Paul Setterington (Jennie) and Eric Earns; his daughter-in-law Wendy Cook; his grandchildren, Lesa Brown (Chris), Christopher Setterington (Jessica), Aaron Setterington, Andrew Earns, C. D. Hutcherson, Kaiden Earns and Veronica Joseph; his great grandchild Jillian Parker; his brothers, Roger Childers, Bradley Childers (Monica) and Ted Childers (Penny); his sister-in-law Catherine Childers; and his pet Buddy.
