He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Partlo and Ethel Partlo (Keyser); and his siblings, Erwin, Ellis, Edna Sheffer and Erma Morrison.
He is survived by: his spouse Elva Maxine Hinkley; his sons, Thomas Partlo and Walter Partlo (Bonnie) of Lansing, MI; his daughter-in-law Diana Knight (Lawrence) of Prescott; his grandchildren, Cy Partlo (Dominic Culhane) of Prescott, MI, Alex Partlo of Prescott, MI, Emerson Partlo (Iesha) of Rush City, MN and Dorothy Partlo of Prescott, MI; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Martin. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; a step-granddaughter; a step-grandson; 6 step-great grandchildren.
