He was predeceased by: his wife Eloise; his stepson William Loomis; his grandson Clinton Loomis; and his sister Bette Trudelle. He is survived by: his son Mike Foster (Christina) of Whittemore; his stepchildren, Clinton Loomis (Kari) of Hale, Karen Ballard (Mike) of Kalamazoo and Ray Loomis (Helen) of Whittemore; and his grandchildren, Brendon, Kelly, Mike, Katie, Erica, Clay and Leighanna. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
