He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Shannon; and his brother Charles Meadows (Linda). He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Reynolds (Scott) and Michael Meadows; his grandchildren, Alissa Sharp (Benjamin Reddin) and James Sharp (Kristina); his great grandchild Rei Reddin; his nephews, Mark Meadows (Lori) and Don VanCamp (Wendy); and his niece Adrienne Kummerl (Jeff). He is also survived by Poppa to his grandchildren and great-granddaughter.
