He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Bogaert of Gaylord, Wendy Bobo (Ronald) of Rives Junction, Kimberly Richardson (Travis) of Hartville, MO, Perry Culham (Sandy) of Milford, David Culham (Shirley Perry) of Mountain View, MO and Richard Culham (Joann) of Kearney, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
