He is survived by: his wife Judy; his stepdaughter Tonya Nugent (Nick); his grandchildren, Bradley, Katelyn, Brandon and Addison; and his siblings, Carl Summers, Jr. (Glenda), Nancy Summers, Loretta Gucwa and Lori Summers. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
