He was predeceased by: his father James E. Parr, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Nicole; his children, Haley and Kamryn; his mother Susan DeLano; his stepmother Kathy Parr; his brothers, Michael Parr (Melissa) and Brian Parr; and his nieces, Penny and Lena. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions suggested to the family to establish an educational fund for Haley and Kamryn.
