Theresa Addis Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Theresa Addis (White Cloud, Michigan), born in Fremont, Michigan, who passed away on April 2, 2020, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Ray Berry and Sheila Berry (Nader) of Newaygo; her husband Dale Addis of White Cloud; her children, Mike Addis of Grand Rapids, Dwayne Addis (Tanya) of Vestaburg and Crista Phillips (Sean) of Vestaburg; and her sister Lisa Bulson (Larry) of White Cloud. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Following Theresa' wishes, donation to the Wayne State University Medical Program for teaching purposes has taken place and a memorial gathering will be held later in the summer of 2020 at Woods and Waters Resort. Friends may give a donation to the donor's choice in memory of Theresa.
