He was predeceased by: his father Douglas Eugene Koch Sr.; his brother Jack Koch; and his daughter-in-law Bobbie Maples. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Koch Sr.; his wife Julie Kelly of White Cloud; his children, Bruce Manlick of Newaygo, Kristy Thomas of White Cloud and Kenny Thomas of White Cloud; his grandchildren, Trevor Koch, Savannah Wilson, KJ Thomas and Alyssa Ostrander; and his siblings, Todd Koch (Chris) of White Cloud, Bart Koch (Rosemary) of White Cloud and Julie Hile (Enrique Rodriquez) of Fremont. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
