He is survived by: his wife Betty Burkholder of White Cloud; his children, Tim Burkholder (Twila) of Middleburg, Pennsylvania, Paul Burkholder (Lori) of White Cloud, Rebecca and Philip Burkholder (Carolyn) of Centerville, Michigan; his siblings, Marjorie Christner (Allen) of Sedalia, Colorado, Miriam Christophel (Sanford) of Goshen, Indiana, Doris Roberts (Dean) of Vian, Oklahoma, Ruth Ann Hershberger (Calvin) of Topeka, Kansas and Ed Burkholder (Carol) of Elkhart, Indiana; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Burkholder of White Cloud and Virginia Burkholder of North Canton. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren, several cousins and many nieces and nephews.
