He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Hammond and Esther Hammond (O'Sullivan); his wife Sharon Hammond of West Branch; his daughter Lori Koenig (Doug) of Germantown Hills, IL; his grandsons, Kyle and Jake Koenig of Germantown Hills, IL; his siblings, Carol Kelly (Harold) of Traverse City, MI, Kathleen Fields of Pigeon, MI and Tim Hammond (Debbie) of Fitchburg, WI; his sister-in-law Pam Shaver (Don) of Howell, MI; his close friend Jim Bess of Jackson, MI.; and his daughter Lisa. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
