She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Candy and Estella Candy (Towner); her husband Leon; her brothers, Delbert Jr., Bill and Allen; and her sister-in-law Barbara Candy.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Dickson (George) of Boyne City; her brother Bobby Dean Candy of Mexia, TX; her stepgranddaughters, Marianne Dickson (Hugh Pasika) of Oregon and Elizabeth Levine (Ben) of South Carolina; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Scarlett and Harrison; and her sister-in-law Linda Candy of South Dakota. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice Compassus, Horizon Senior Living in West Branch, or First United Methodist Church.
