He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hack and Ruth Hack (Jackson). He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Robert Hack (Anne), Dan Hack (Cassie) and Jamie Hack; and his grandchildren, Skylar Hack, Mila Hack and Lincoln Hack.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the American Diabetes Association to honor Bob's life.
