He is survived by: his wife Victoria Mantzopoulos; and his children, Eleni Mantzopoulos of Athens Greece, Adamantia Mantzopoulos of Athens, Demitra Mantzopoulos (Tareq Haddad) of Royal Oak and Alexia Castiglioni (Hector).
Memorials may be made to St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 43816 Woodward Ave, Bloomfield Township, MI 48302. At Kostas's request, his body is donated to Wayne State University School of Medicine for the advancement of science.
