She is survived by: her children, Dr. Lynn Levin (Stanley Oshinsky), Dr. James Levin (Pam) and Mark Levin (Silva); her son-in-law Philip Syrett; her grandchildren, Jessica Conroy (Kevin), Jillian Levin, Andrew Levin, Samuel Syrett, Sophie Syrett, Scott Oshinsky, Risa Oshinsky and Alexis Levin; and her great grandchild Charlie Conroy.
