She was predeceased by: her husband William Tolan; her parents, Andrew Mlynarchek and Anna Mlynarchek; her siblings, Andrew Mlynarchek Jr., Joseph Mlynarchek, Frank Mlynarchek, Charles Mlynarchek, Edward Mlynarchek, Annie Hastidt, Mary Cigler, Diana Mlynarchek, Agnes Hawthorne, Helen Napper and Cecila Cisler; and her grandsons, William and Patrick.

She is survived by: her children, Richard Tolan (Sharon), Larry Tolan (Carrie) and Patricia Carpenter; her grandson Evan Tolan (Brittany Gengle); her great grandchild Porter Jack Tolan; her stepgrandchildren, Kim (Tom), Kelli, Benjamin and Callie; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Taylor, Christian, Jackson and Chase; her sister Frances Mlynarchek; her sister-in-law Shirley Tolan; and her close friend Stella Schmidt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
