He is survived by: his close friend Connie Berg; his children, Brooke, Elizabeth, Christopher (Lindsey) and Megan; his grandson Dane; his parents, Daniel "Buck" Green and June Rose; and his sisters, Tina and Tabitha. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
