He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorene Mitchell and Roy Mitchell; his daughter Trina Haines; and his sister Diana Haskins. He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Tammy Morris (Eddie) and Tim Ishmael (Karee); his children-in-law, Andy Haines and Sherry Ishmael; his grandchildren, Amber Blaine (Christopher), Eric Reeves (Meg), Stephanie Wright, Andy, Brittany Haines, Lauren, Rachel Morris and Chance Ishmael; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Cadence, Erica, Emily, Jacob, Brianna, Miranda, Alaina, Trenton, Chloe and Connor.
