It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garner D. Harris of Waterford, Michigan, who passed away on February 19, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betty Harris; his daughters, Linda Vivio, Becky Harris-Burns (Ken Burns) and Julie Maffesoli; his grandchildren, Mario (Amy), Carlo (Jamie), Angelo (Carly), Danielle (James), Britni and Anthony; and his great grandchildren, Jonathan, Nitai, Stella, Henry, Matteo, Lucca, Nikolas, Matthew and Quinn.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Riverside Chapel, Simpson-Modetz Funeral Home (5630 Pontiac Lake Rd, Waterford Twp, MI 48327). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
