He is survived by: his significant other Twila Setla; his daughters, Kristy Martinez and Felicia "Bear" Haack; his grandchildren, Alexander, Anna Marie, Gabriel and Aliyah; his father Lloyd C. Haack (late Cecilia); his brother Howard Haack (Deborah); his uncle Roger Haack (Dawn); his nephews, Lloyd C. Haack and Rob Haack (Beth); his niece Amanda Haack; and his great-nephew Conrad Haack. He is also survived by several other extended family members and friends.
