He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Perryman and Emma Perryman (Girard); and his siblings, James, Skip, Robert, Max, Carol McMahon, Billie Ann Makosky and Marilyn McGinnis.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Walker; his children, Billie Ann Perryman of Washington State, Doug White Jr. of Washington State, Doris "Squeak" Sisk of Washington State and Kevin Walker of Washington State; his grandchildren, Ashley, Jade and Austin; his siblings, Dolly Dufour (Ron) of Escanaba and Howard Perryman (June) of Washington State; his sisters-in-law, Helga Perryman (Jim) of Escanaba and Charlotte Perryman (Francis) of Wisconsin; and his close friend Joann Ullsperger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
