He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hering; his sons, Christopher Hering (Kristen), Andrew Hering and Robert Hering (Tara); his grandchildren, Evelyn Hering, Brooks Hering and Vivienne; and his siblings, James Hering, Nancy Hill (Jeff), Margaret (Tyler), Diane Donovan (Bill) and David Hering (Tammi). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
