He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Gustav Paul and Viola Yunke; his wife Carole; and his sisters, Betty Yunke and Joann Price (late Thomas).

He is survived by: his children, Scott Yunke, Christopher Yunke (Cynthia) and Karen Yunke-Rudish (Steven); his stepson Craig Chittenden; his grandchildren, Scott Yunke, Jr. (Chrissie), Bobbie Lynn Hoover (Jason), Robert Yunke (Amanda), Kennith Yunke (Theresa), Nikki Yunke-Ames, Dana Lange (Nathan), Michael Yunke (Jackie), Walter Yunke (Erin), Christopher Yunke, Simon Yunke, Noah Yunke, Heather Rudish, Emily Rudish and Alyssa Brownstein (Kurt); his great grandchildren, Scott (Jessica), Mathew, Justin, Caleigh, Landon, Hayden, Cheyanna, Leanna, Kenny, Walker, Felicia, Jack, Adriana, Hannah, Nathan, Isabelle, Owen, Evelyn, Winter, Paisley, Robin and Axle; and his siblings, Marlene Miles and Dennis Yunke (DeeDee).
