He was predeceased by: his parents, Pellegrino Iannicello and Alice Iannicello; and his siblings, Jean, Mary, Helen, Angelo and Johnny.

He is survived by: his wife Billie Iannicello; his children, Deborah Arco (John), Cynthia Childs (Gregg) and Thomas Iannicello Jr. (Andrea); his grandchildren, Johnny, Jeffrey, Justin, Anthony (Chelsea) and Karina (Joseph); his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Izabella, Lucas and Anna; and his sister Roseanne (David).
